My mom just saw my cuts omg. what do i do?

Please dont call.me stupid or lecture.me. i came home from school reallyy sick and i was in a haze. i knocked out in my room in short sleeves. my mom woke me up to get me medicine and asked me what happened. I had no words. she said who did that n i said me. she said thats very wrong n only druggies do that. Anyways, im ashamed and worried. idk what shes gonna do. i would hate if she told my family. Any advice? only one of em is deep.
