Do men who are little all over tend to have a low testosterone level?

I think it would be a generalization to say that. But there are medical conditions that would make a man more feminine (not necessarily in his outlook though) such as xxy syndrome, but these men are generally tall and thin. (they have an extra x chromosome in come of their cells) Some men are just not all that consumed with , just like their are some women, who seem over consumed with it. There are always extreme examples of all behaviour, that while uncommon, are completely normal.
