I know a man........?

who has had a difficult life, including some horrible military experiences and is getting rather extreme as he ages. He concludes the world is only full of woe because the existence of those who cause it is permitted. He even gets really angry when cruelty and injustice takes place in films and gets a real boost when portrayed criminals are gunned down. Points out how much money such actions save and that undesirable genes are eradicated. However he is really kind, considerate and totally honest in reality . He even said that if all convicts in the world disappeared into thin air the future would be much brighter. I would like to know if this is anything out of the ordinary.
