So many things to take away! When do i start??

My daughter turns one in october, doctor reccomends bottle be taken a way along with her pacifier. I also would like to get her in her own bed around 12 months. I can't do all of this at once can i?? I know it's going to be hard on her so please give me ideas!! What did you do?
