My boils keep coming back? After my doctor gave me Medication?

I have four scars from them... There not called Boils.. But they look like them.. My doctor called them Inflamed glance.. or something.. He gave me these pills to take.. They helped for a little while then I got one on my thigh.. It's gone now but there's a little scar then I got another one that just came up last night. :( I don't want them anymore.. My parents think it's cause I wear pants all the time.. But I don't like wearing Shorts.. I don't feel like having a bunch of scars on my legs.. from them. :( They look like zits.. Then they grow bigger and get all red then I have to squeeze it. ewww. But what can I do?
