How do i talk to this guy?

OK so this guy in my homeroom, me and him have been friends for a little over 3years. i came out a few months ago and to today he tells me he is "technically bi" because he almost made out with a guy. later in the conversation i told him that he is bi curious because he told me that he wanted to know how it feels to make out with a guy. so like later i tried to be cautious about this but i asked him if he wanted to experiment with me. he didn't know but he said he will think about it, so i asked him how long will you take and he said he will tell me after he shows me a video. so video after video he still didn't give me an answer. so he stopped replying and i don't know what to do, then i kept doing you got 30 seconds to answer and i did 29,28,27 and so on and he then signed off and i don't know what to do, can anyone help??
