Response to a marine that says "sempi fi" to you?

If a Marines says "Semper Fi" to you, it's ok to respond with "Oorah". "Hoorah" is for the army. Even though it can annoy a Marine when a non-serving person constantly says Oorah or Semper Fi, it's totally ok to respond when he extends his word to you.
