A place or party to watch the SuperBowl in Chiba, Japan?

Have to go to Japan on emergency business. Looking for a gathering in Chiba to watch the superbowl. I'll be in Isumi City. Am Packer fan, but am a mellow watcher and will maintain harmony at a Steeler's party as well.
