Is it suppose to hurt this much?

well I've been dating this guy for only a month and I never realized that I had developed feelings for him this quickly...well he broke up with me to work out things with his ex.....(decided to be friends)I thought I would be fine but I've been hurting for a week now.....how do I get over this dude??? Geez why does it have to be easy for him and so hard for me?
